Thank you for your order. We hope you are happy with your purchase.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our returns policy.

POLICY

You can return any item on your order as long as it is reported to us within 28 days (the 28 days begin from the date that the goods are delivered).

The items must be returned unused and in their original / resaleable condition.

All returns are subject to a £5.99 charge. This is to cover the cost of collection and restocking and will be deducted from the refund.

We are also unable to accept any items that have been reported outside of the above time period, or that are received back in a used or unsellable condition. If goods are received in these conditions, we will not be able to offer a refund.

DAMAGED & FAULTY ITEMS

If an item is damaged upon arrival, you must inform us straight away (and within 7 days from the date of delivery) using either our online form or contacting us at the information below. We may request a photograph of the damaged item so that we can log a claim with the courier. You will be offered a replacement or a full refund for the damaged item. We are unable to accept any claims outside of the date above.

If an item arrives and it is faulty or not as expected/described, you must report it to us within 14 days from date of delivery using either our online form or contacting us at the information below. Please do not dispose of the item until we have confirmed whether or not we will need the item back for inspection. You will be offered a replacement or a full refund for the faulty item.

If an item develops a fault within 6 months from the date of delivery, you can report this to us using either our online form or contacting us at the information below. Please do not dispose of the item until we have confirmed whether or not we will need the item back for inspection. You will be offered a replacement or a full refund for the faulty item.

*Please note: you are required to report any faults to us within 6 months from the date of delivery, unless the item is covered under an extended warranty.

RETURNS PROCESS

To request a return for an item you no longer require, please fill out the online form on this page.

A member of our customer support team will then contact you within 1 working day to confirm any further details and arrange a collection for you. You will receive an email once the collection is booked and a further email once the goods have been received and inspected. If a refund has been requested, we will send a confirmation email once this has been processed. If a replacement has been requested, we will send you a replacement order confirmation once this has been processed.

REFUNDS

If you have requested a refund, we will process this within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the goods.

If you have requested a refund for a faulty/damaged item, we will process this within 14 days from the date that a refund has been confirmed.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise stated and you will receive an email to confirm that this has been processed.

Please note: The above returns policy refers to change of mind only and does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. the right to cancel, or the right to return items, which are faulty or not as described or a general right to return most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
